Words from students:
“I took Bonnie’s yoga class and it was one of the best yoga sessions ever! Bonnie is such a natural in teaching yoga! I can tell she has been practicing yoga for many years herself. Her class was a great mix of a physical workout but balanced with a mentally calming and relaxing part! I especially loved the final touch of the class where she guided us through a meditation and used an essential oil on our forehead to completely relax. This helped me get peace of mind and feel so rested after the class! I also liked how clearly she explained each asana without talking too much. Thank you so much Bonnie, for this incredible class! I already can’t wait to take another class with you!” - Sabine, the Netherlands

I am a lifelong student and have studied further training focussing on yoga philosophy, pranayama and meditation.

My mission is to empower others through yoga, and give students a deep understanding of their yoga practice. My classes combine dynamic vinyasa flows with soothing restorative poses to honour the balance that is the ebb and flow of life.

I teach workshops, retreats, and classes world wide, as well as online through YouTube and Zoom.

I look forward to meeting you on the mat.
